About the Role

GSL Education is seeking a Behaviour Mentor to join our team at our school in Hull. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with students who require additional support to manage their behaviour and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement personalized behaviour plans to support students with behavioural challenges.
  • Work closely with teachers to integrate behaviour support into classroom activities and promote a positive and inclusive school environment.
  • Build positive relationships with students, fostering trust and respect, and communicate regularly with parents and guardians to provide updates on student progress.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students.
Requirements
  • Experience working with children or young people in a mentoring or support role.
  • Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques and strategies.
