Behaviour Mentor Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join our team in Hull. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualised support to pupils with SEN and SEMH needs
  • Develop and implement behaviour interventions to promote positive behaviour
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to ensure pupils receive comprehensive support
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2.1 degree from a UK University
  • Experience working with children with SEN and SEMH needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to empathise and support pupils with additional learning needs
