Unlock Your Potential as a Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join our team at TalentTrade Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a crucial role in architecting ERP solutions for finance and HR teams in a greenfield environment.

Reporting to the Head of Architecture, you will work closely with the ERP Programme Lead to ensure the architecture aligns with our technology roadmap. Your responsibilities will include defining, designing, and leading the implementation of new data and application integrations, as well as data-led initiatives to support our 3500 users across 20 offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all architectural principles are adhered to for technology decisions across the enterprise.
  • Specify, design, and implement new services with strong traceability back to business requirements and IT strategies.
  • Engage with other IT workstreams covering security, governance, and service operations.
  • Develop options, supporting rationale, and cost-benefit analysis for proposed areas of spend.

Requirements:

  • Experience in architecting ERP solutions for finance and HR teams.
  • Strong understanding of API, Azure, and ERP technologies.
  • Ability to work in a greenfield environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
