Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) to join our team in South Buckinghamshire. As a CPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality mental health services to older adults.
About the Role:This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a dedicated and experienced CPN to work with our client's Older Adults Service. You will be responsible for participating in multi-disciplinary assessments, formulating and implementing care plans, and providing treatment as necessary.
Responsibilities:- Participate in multi-disciplinary assessments of patients' health conditions.
- Formulate and implement care plans.
- Provide treatment, as necessary.
- Use evidence-based practice and specialist skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate interventions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in line with professional standards.
- Stay current with the latest mental health advancements and best practices.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current and valid registration with the NMC.
- Proven experience within a community recovery role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
