Service Department Manager Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Service Department Manager to join our team at Listers Toyota in Bristol North. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and profitable operation of the Service department.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Maximise departmental performance in line with market potentials through the sale of labour, parts and accessories
* Ensure that all manufacturers policies and procedure are adhered to
* Assist with planning, forecasting and delivering sales targets
* Manage and develop the team
* Grow workshop utilisation and efficiency
* Exceed customer satisfaction

**What We Offer**

* Competitive salary of £35,000 with a bonus OTE of £45,000
