About the Role:

The successful candidate will support the Aftersales Manager and be responsible for running the day-to-day function of the Service Department. This includes allocating work, motivating and supervising the team in the workshop, and ensuring safety, standards, and efficiency by the technicians each day. You will work closely with the service advisors to ensure all work booked in is achievable and planned to meet customer expectations, industry standards, and technician workflow.

About You:

You will have an NVQ level 3 in Motor Trade and previous experience in a similar role with a proven track record. Strong communication skills with a flexible, can-do approach are essential. Leading a team of technicians and working as part of a team is crucial. The right candidate will have knowledge of industry standards and be experienced in problem-solving and analytical skills.
