Hospitality Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Head of Hospitality at Grappenhall Manor Care Centre. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of hospitality service are provided to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Organize and lead the hospitality team to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our residents.
- Ensure the dining room is prepared, cleaned, and set up to the highest standards.
- Work closely with the chef to ensure meals are served in a timely and presentable manner.
- Supervise and train hospitality assistants to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent service.
- Manage rotas, schedules, and staff development to ensure a high-performing team.
- Ensure all training is adhered to and records are properly maintained.
- Participate in ongoing development of staff and promote a culture of excellence.
- Dining or restaurant supervisor experience is essential.
- Previous experience working in a care setting is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and lead by example.
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.00.
- A 40-hour contract with alternate weekend working.
