About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Assistant to join our team at Talent Finder. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our accounting team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Update bank accounts daily
  • Provide daily cash flow updates to senior management
  • Raising sales invoices and customer statements
  • Processing Supplier invoices and Payments
  • Entering credit card bills and expenses
  • Dealing with all the emails to accounts department
  • Reconcile workshop timesheets and absence forms
  • Provide stock take forms to stores and make adjustments as needed
  • Collate and file import and export documentation
