About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join our team at Toad Hall Nursery Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5.

As a Nursery Room Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery, adhering to our policies and procedures, and using your knowledge and experience to come up with new ideas and activities.

You will work closely with the rest of the team to provide a nurturing and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow. You will also be responsible for building relationships with children and their parents, and communicating effectively with them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5
  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery
  • Develop and implement new ideas and activities
  • Build relationships with children and their parents
  • Communicate effectively with the team and parents
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent
  • Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS
  • Ability to refer to the EYFS Framework when planning activities
  • Enhanced DBS check
