Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, conducting technical discovery sessions to understand their needs.
  • Provide architectural guidance and deliver engaging product demonstrations and proofs of concept.
  • Collaborate closely with the product team to ensure alignment between client requirements and technical capabilities.
  • Analyze B2B customer data to create insightful summary reports that inform sales strategies.
  • Proactively identify and address potential challenges during the trial phase, ensuring a smooth experience for clients.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a role that involves interaction with both internal and external stakeholders, preferably in a Sales or B2B Technical Support capacity.
  • A solid understanding of Paid Search and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising.
  • Experience with Google Analytics to support data-driven decision-making.

Fluency in both spoken and written German is essential for this position.
