As part of a globally recognized organization specializing in CyberSecurity solutions, you will play a crucial role in connecting sales efforts with technical expertise. Our company is trusted by over 15,000 businesses worldwide, and you will be instrumental in maintaining this reputation.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, conducting technical discovery sessions to understand their needs.
- Provide architectural guidance and deliver engaging product demonstrations and proofs of concept.
- Collaborate closely with the product team to ensure alignment between client requirements and technical capabilities.
- Analyze B2B customer data to create insightful summary reports that inform sales strategies.
- Proactively identify and address potential challenges during the trial phase, ensuring a smooth experience for clients.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 2-5 years of experience in a role that involves interaction with both internal and external stakeholders, preferably in a Sales or B2B Technical Support capacity.
- A solid understanding of Paid Search and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising.
- Experience with Google Analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
Fluency in both spoken and written German is essential for this position.
