Compensation:

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Luxury Jewellery Sales Advisor to join our accomplished sales team.

Your Contributions:
  • Client Engagement: Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, fostering genuine relationships by attentively understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Product Expertise: Cultivate an in-depth knowledge of our jewellery offerings, including materials, design intricacies, and the craftsmanship that distinguishes us.
  • Sales Excellence: Actively strive to meet and surpass both individual and team sales goals while maintaining a consultative, customer-focused approach. Provide tailored recommendations to ensure a memorable and luxurious shopping experience.
  • Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service consistently, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive and lasting impression. Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and create an environment where clients feel valued.

Brand Representation:
  • Embody the essence of our brand and uphold its reputation through a polished appearance and a genuine passion for luxury jewellery.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to share insights, enhance visual merchandising, and collectively improve the overall customer experience.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • 1-2 years of sales experience in luxury retail, ideally within the jewellery sector, with a proven record of achieving sales targets.
  • Experience working with high-end clientele is a plus.
  • Confident communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
  • A proactive team player with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Adaptability to changing role requirements.
  • Interest in new technologies and a quick learner of new systems.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including listening, communication, and relationship-building.
  • A passion for luxury products and a keen sense of style.
  • Attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
  • A results-driven mindset with a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations.
