We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the Midlands, Wales, and the South. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and developing a team of sales professionals, driving sales growth, and achieving business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, with experience in managing key accounts and developing sales strategies. You will be responsible for setting budgets, managing margins, and ensuring targets are met. Additionally, you will be expected to travel frequently throughout the region and occasionally to other parts of the UK.
We offer a competitive salary of £55k-65k+, a car allowance, bonus, commission, and a comprehensive benefits package. You will also receive 25+8 holidays and have the opportunity to work for a market-leading manufacturer with a strong reputation for growth and success.
To be considered for this role, you will need to have a strong analytical and commercial awareness, as well as excellent man management skills. A background in Foodservice or Food Manufacturing is highly desirable.
