Key Responsibilities:

Bicycle Repairs: Execute a comprehensive range of bicycle repairs, which include brake adjustments, gear tuning, wheel truing, drivetrain maintenance, and suspension servicing. Accurately troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues. Bicycle Assembly: Assemble new bicycles in accordance with manufacturer specifications and store standards, ensuring they are safe and ready for sale. Customer Consultations: Engage with customers to evaluate their bicycle repair and maintenance requirements. Provide informed recommendations and cost estimates for services. Parts and Accessories Guidance: Assist customers in selecting suitable parts, accessories, and upgrades for their bicycles. Safety Assessments: Conduct thorough safety inspections on bicycles to identify and rectify potential safety concerns. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all repaired bicycles adhere to the highest quality standards and safety regulations. Workshop Organization: Maintain an orderly and efficient workshop, including managing the inventory of spare parts and tools. Customer Engagement: Deliver outstanding customer service by explaining repair processes, addressing inquiries, and providing maintenance advice.

Required Qualifications:

Proven expertise in bicycle mechanics, with the ability to diagnose and repair various bicycle types and components. Previous experience in a bicycle repair role is highly advantageous. Familiarity with different bicycle brands, models, and components. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Understanding of safety standards and practices related to bicycle repairs. Willingness to stay informed about the latest advancements in bicycle technology and repair methodologies.
