Interim Lodge Supervisor

Location: Various retirement lodges and developments in the region.

Compensation: £12.36 per hour, with mileage expenses covered.

Contract Type: Casual contract with hours based on demand.

Churchill Estates Management is experiencing growth and is in search of dedicated Interim Lodge Supervisors for our retirement communities. This role involves stepping in for permanent Lodge Managers during their absences on an as-needed basis.

As a key player in our organization, you will oversee property maintenance and deliver exceptional service to residents, ensuring a vibrant and fulfilling lifestyle for all.

Operating from a central office within the development, you will be a reassuring presence, managing administrative tasks, coordinating maintenance contractors, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Your responsibilities will also include organizing social events and assisting the sales team with property viewings, necessitating collaboration with various departments and external partners.

Work hours and on-site presence will be discussed with the Area Manager based on availability.

This position is ideal for individuals seeking flexible work arrangements, as it requires availability on an as-needed basis. It is not suitable for those with existing permanent commitments.

A genuine understanding of our residents' needs and a passion for enhancing their quality of life are essential. You should possess a friendly and outgoing demeanor, with the ability to engage socially while also demonstrating sensitivity and diplomacy. Strong organizational skills and the ability to ensure the safety and security of residents are crucial.

While you will enjoy social interactions, the role also requires independence and initiative in managing tasks.

Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Outlook, is necessary to assist with event planning and site management. Previous experience in property management, social housing, retail, customer service, or hospitality is advantageous.
