Interim Maintenance Technician - CBW Staffing Solutions

We are seeking an experienced maintenance technician for a temporary role to support a static facility. This position involves performing essential maintenance tasks to ensure the site remains operational and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks on various elements including doors, fire safety doors, flooring, ceiling panels, painting, drainage systems, locks, and hinges.
  • Complete assigned tasks as instructed by the Supervisor or Manager, ensuring all related documentation is accurately filled out and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Work independently with minimal oversight or collaboratively within a team to conduct routine maintenance, repairs, and cleaning duties throughout the facility.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Proven experience in general maintenance and basic electrical or mechanical tasks.
  • Background in a corporate or commercial maintenance environment.
  • Must possess personal basic hand tools.
  • All necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory.
  • A valid CSCS card is required.
  • Ability to perform some manual labor tasks as needed.
