Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 + Pension & Healthcare

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will oversee the financial and contractual elements of three significant fit-out projects, each valued at approximately £1m, within the hospitality, leisure, and retail industries. Your role will encompass the entire project lifecycle, from initial cost estimation to final completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cost Planning and Estimation: Develop comprehensive cost plans, budgets, and estimates. Manage the procurement process, including tendering and subcontractor negotiations.
  • Contract Administration: Ensure all contract administration tasks are executed in compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Valuations: Prepare and submit monthly valuations and final accounts while monitoring project costs to meet financial objectives.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial and contractual risks, maintaining accurate project documentation.
  • Variation Management: Manage and assess project variations, providing regular financial updates to the project management team and directors.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain clear and timely communication with clients regarding financial matters and assist in securing new project opportunities through competitive pricing.
