As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for providing support to our Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers in the preparation and management of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Administration: Assist in the preparation and management of construction contracts, including the review and analysis of contract documents, and the preparation of contract reports and correspondence.
- Cost Control: Assist in the preparation and management of construction budgets, including the review and analysis of cost estimates, and the preparation of cost reports and correspondence.
- Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination of construction projects, including the review and analysis of project schedules, and the preparation of project reports and correspondence.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including project managers, contractors, and clients, to ensure that project requirements are met.
Requirements:
- Education: A formal qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Experience: Demonstrable experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
