Senior ESG Consultant

Timely Recruit Ltd is seeking a seasoned Senior ESG Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Consultancy, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients navigate the complexities of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct ESG maturity assessments and due diligence for Private Equity clients, providing actionable insights for long-term value creation.
  • Develop and implement carbon reduction plans, aligned with TCFD guidelines, to support clients in their Net Zero journey.
  • Score and benchmark clients on ESG metrics, identifying areas for improvement and recommending strategies for enhanced sustainability.
  • Lead a small team of ESG Consultants, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Environmental, Social, or Governance aspects of Sustainability in a business consulting environment.
  • Passionate about Net-zero and ESG, with a strong understanding of decarbonization strategies and investor reporting.
  • Proven track record of working with private equity-focused clients and experience with TCFD-aligned climate risk strategies.
  • Excellent writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex ESG concepts to clients and stakeholders.
