Senior ESG Consultant

At Timely Recruit Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior ESG Consultant to join our team. As a Senior ESG Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients understand and document their Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct ESG maturity assessments and due diligence for Private Equity clients.
  • Develop and implement carbon reduction plans and TCFD-aligned climate risk strategies.
  • Score and benchmark clients on ESG metrics, providing actionable plans for long-term value creation.
  • Lead a small team of ESG Consultants.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Environmental, Social, or Governance aspects of Sustainability in a business consulting environment.
  • Passionate about Net-zero / ESG or Sustainability.
  • Previous experience with private equity focused clients.
  • Strong writing skills, as this is a significant part of the role.
  • Decarbonisation / Net Zero strategy/advisory, carbon management, and Investor reporting experience.
