Senior ESG Consultant

At Timely Recruit Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior ESG Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our consultancy, you will work closely with clients to help them understand and document their Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • ESG Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement ESG strategies, aligning with Net Zero goals and TCFD-aligned climate risk strategies.
  • Revenue Generation: Conduct ESG maturity assessments, due diligence for private equity clients, and generate consulting revenues.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a small team of 3-4 ESG Consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications and Attributes:
  • ESG Expertise: A minimum of 5 years of experience in Environmental, Social, or Governance aspects of Sustainability within a business consulting environment.
  • Passion for ESG: Demonstrated passion for Net Zero, ESG, or Sustainability initiatives, with a strong understanding of decarbonisation and Net Zero strategy/advisory.
  • Strong Writing Skills: Enjoy writing detailed reports and documentation, as this is a significant part of the role.
