About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Design Engineer to join our successful engineering and landscape team in Glasgow. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading public realm, regeneration, and active travel projects, leveraging your expertise in design, project management, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead clients and colleagues in the design and delivery of public realm, regeneration, and active travel projects
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Collaborate with colleagues to produce high-quality designs that meet client needs and expectations
  • Manage and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Degree holder in a relevant engineering discipline
  • At or working towards Chartered status
  • UK Consultancy experience is essential
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Civils 3D, and drainage design
  • Knowledge of SuDS standards
  • Attention to detail and effective project management skills
