Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support a team of childcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and education to children.
  • Develop and implement engaging and effective learning programs that meet the needs of children.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the nursery.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of children.
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver excellent care and education.
Requirements:
  • A minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years/Childcare.
  • At least 2 years' experience of working in a Day Nursery.
  • At least 1 year's experience of leading and supporting teams.
  • Ability to inspire, energize, and support others.
  • A genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn.
  • Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations.
  • A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements.
