Job Title: HR Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team at CV-Library. As an HR Coordinator, you will provide administrative and coordination support to the HR Operations Team and serve as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Minute taking and documentation for employee relations meetings.
  • Maintain employee records and data integrity in HRIS systems.
  • Support the administration of company benefits schemes and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on HR-related matters.
Requirements:
  • Professional experience in HR administration or coordination.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and data management.
  • Customer-focused and results-driven approach.
