We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team at Orange Belgium. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in developing, implementing, and monitoring HR policies, ensuring effective communication and acting as a point of contact for various HR-related practices.
Your MissionAs an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and coordinating various HR processes and systems, including payroll, time & attendance, mobility, and performance management.
- Acting as an internal and external point of contact for various HR-related processes, systems, and policies, and reporting on these to efficiently offer solutions to questions or problems.
- Ensuring onboarding of new colleagues and reporting towards the MWingz Finance team.
- Formulating proposals regarding HR policies, developing new concepts and policies, launching new tools in MWingz, and developing and implementing these concepts to optimize existing processes, systems, and tools.
- Translating HR policies into various concrete projects and leading, following up, and steering these projects.
- Ensuring optimal communication within MWingz to keep employees informed of various HR processes, policies, and systems.
- Participating in social concertation to contribute to a positive social climate and prevent personnel problems.
- Tracking changes in legislation, implementing them within MWingz, and advising on them to contribute to correct and proper implementation within MWingz.
We are looking for an HR Advisor with:
- A master's degree or similar experience, with about 5 years of experience in HR.
- Knowledge of payroll practices, fleet and mobility advantages, performance management tools, and social legislation.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coach people and team managers.
- Fluency in English and Dutch and/or French.
