Job DescriptionThe Accounts Receivable Clerk (Cash Allocation) will be responsible for:
- Initiating contact with stakeholders to clarify payment information and resolve issues.
- Notifying credit personnel of customer corrections and assisting in resolving account variances.
- Cash allocation: ensuring daily allocation and accuracy of ledgers, requiring attention to detail for multiple currencies.
- Maintaining the Sales ledger/Treasury/GL leader to ensure customer master files are up-to-date and accurate.
- Performing ad hoc duties such as support with Credit Management and Collections as required.
The Accounts Receivable Clerk (Cash Allocation) will be/have:
- Recent experience in Accounts Receivable/Credit Control in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer literacy and experience using Financial systems.
- Immediate availability.
- Immediate start.
- Hybrid working arrangement.
- On-site parking.
- Convenient location.
