Job Description

The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Initiating contact with stakeholders to clarify payment information and resolve issues.
  • Collaborating with credit personnel to correct customer requests and resolve account variances.
  • Cash allocation: ensuring daily allocation and accuracy of ledgers, requiring attention to detail for multiple currencies.
  • Maintaining the Sales ledger/Treasury/GL leader to ensure customer master file is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Performing ad hoc duties such as support with Credit Management and Collections as required.

The Successful Applicant

The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be/have:

  • Recent experience in Accounts Receivable/Credit Control in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using Financial systems.
  • Immediate availability.
