Gleanin is a leading Community Marketing platform (SaaS) dedicated to empowering event marketers in crafting successful, sold-out events. The Community Engagement Marketing Specialist plays a pivotal role in advancing the company's strategic objectives by generating and disseminating exceptional video content tailored for the event sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, film, and share video content across essential marketing platforms.
  • Conduct regular interviews with industry experts, clients, and other community participants.
  • Manage the project lifecycle of both new and existing video initiatives.
  • Prepare consistent reports to guide leadership on a video-centric marketing approach.
  • Perform market analysis with clients and potential customers to pinpoint content deficiencies.
  • Assist in the organization and execution of Gleanin's online marketing events and share on-demand materials.
  • Coordinate and implement LinkedIn Live sessions for Gleanin's clientele.
  • Collaborate with journalists and other partners to enhance the distribution of Gleanin's content.
  • Participate in virtual and face-to-face industry gatherings to engage with subject matter experts.
  • Keep abreast of industry developments, video marketing best practices, and new technologies in B2B marketing.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in video platforms such as Loom (essential).

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience managing a TikTok channel (or similar).
  • Basic video editing capabilities.
