Corporate Tax Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Tax Manager to join our client's tax team in Guildford. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing tax compliance and advisory services to a wide range of clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage Tax Compliance Services: Oversee tax compliance services for a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
- Provide Advisory Services: Offer expert advice on tax matters, helping clients navigate complex tax issues and optimize their tax strategies.
- Support Niche Advisory Areas: Collaborate with colleagues to support niche advisory areas, such as business reconstructions, demergers, and capital allowances.
- Develop Professional Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients and colleagues, ensuring excellent communication and a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Lead Complex Projects: Take charge of complex projects, guiding and supervising team members to ensure successful outcomes.
- Professional Qualifications: Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA) and/or Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) qualified or equivalent.
- Accountancy Practice Experience: Extensive experience in accountancy practice, with a strong understanding of taxation and its complexities.
- Project and Staff Management: Proven ability to manage projects and staff, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Client Portfolio Management: Ability to manage a substantial client portfolio, ensuring excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Post-Qualified Experience: Demonstrable post-qualified experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of success.
