Job Description

TPF Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Tax Manager to join their team of tax professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing tax compliance and advisory services to a wide range of clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee Tax Compliance Services: Manage and oversee tax compliance services for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tax returns and other compliance requirements.
  • Provide Advisory Services: Provide advisory services to clients on tax planning and strategy, including business reconstructions, demergers, and other complex tax issues.
  • Manage Client Relationships: Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored tax solutions.
  • Lead Complex Projects: Lead and manage complex tax projects, including tax audits, investigations, and disputes.
  • Supervise and Train Colleagues: Supervise and train less experienced colleagues, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) and/or Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) qualified or equivalent.
  • Experience: Extensive experience in accountancy practice, with a strong understanding of taxation and complex tax issues.
  • Skills: Strong project management and staff management skills, with the ability to manage a substantial client portfolio and lead complex projects.
