Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Tax Compliance Services: Oversee tax compliance services for a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
  • Provide Advisory Services: Offer expert tax advice to clients, helping them navigate complex tax issues and optimize their tax strategies.
  • Portfolio Management: Manage a substantial portfolio of clients, developing professional relationships and providing exceptional service.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and supervise less experienced colleagues, supporting their growth and development.
  • Project Management: Lead on complex projects, driving results and delivering high-quality outcomes.
Requirements
  • Professional Qualifications: CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
  • Accountancy Practice Experience: Extensive experience in accountancy practice, with a strong understanding of taxation.
  • Knowledge and Skills: In-depth knowledge of taxation, with the ability to deal with complex tax issues.
  • Project and Staff Management: Proven experience in project and staff management, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Client Portfolio Management: Ability to manage a substantial client portfolio, developing strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
