KPMG's Powered HR Practice Seeks a Talented Oracle HCM Expert

As our Powered HR practice continues to expand, we are searching for a highly skilled individual with extensive experience in Oracle implementations. This is a prominent role within the team, requiring a balance of business development and client delivery.

KPMG's Powered Enterprise is a world-class accelerated enterprise business transformation approach for cloud-based solutions. It leverages pre-designed back-office leading practices and KPMG's six-layer Target Operating Model to enable clients to make better, faster decisions, resulting in a quicker implementation and a faster path to Return on Investment.

The Powered Apps teams are communities of technology-focused professionals who collaborate to deliver KPMG Powered Enterprise through a standardized delivery model. These teams utilize their functional knowledge and expertise in cloud applications (e.g., Oracle, Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, Coupa) to lead and deliver client programs, support pre-sales activities, and develop improvements and extensions to Powered Enterprise.

Your Responsibilities as an Oracle HCM Implementation Director

  • Lead the delivery of high-quality Oracle deployment projects as an Engagement Manager.
  • Provide specialist Oracle advice and collaborate closely with client leads to optimize processes and maximize the benefits of Oracle.
  • Advise clients on the transformative aspects of Oracle in relation to HR operating models, self-service, service delivery, portal, virtual agent, and relevant HR process execution (e.g., Onboarding, Absence Management, Payroll, Offboarding).
  • Contribute to business development and sales initiatives, including bid proposals and contract/pricing negotiations.

Your Qualifications

  • Proven experience implementing Oracle HCM solutions within organizations.
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
  • Demonstrated project management experience.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Previous experience implementing Oracle into public sector organizations.
  • Oracle Certifications.
  • ServiceNow / Workday Certification.

Candidates must be eligible to gain and retain National Security Vetting at the level of Security Check (SC).
