Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Rotork. This role will involve performing a variety of accounting, bookkeeping, and financial tasks to support the company's financial operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily cashbooks, including recording receipts and payments, and posting cash batches. They will also be responsible for periodic and month-end reconciliations and revaluations, as well as preparing and posting journals related to credit card returns.

This role requires strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as accuracy and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in a similar role and be looking for a career progression opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily cashbooks, including recording receipts and payments, and posting cash batches
  • Perform periodic and month-end reconciliations and revaluations
  • Prepare and post journals related to credit card returns
  • Oversee and participate in the completion of monthly tax schedules
Requirements
  • Good knowledge of bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong experience working with an ERP system
  • Competency in MS Office, especially SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel
