**Job Summary**

East Riding of Yorkshire Council is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will provide support to a lady in her early 40's with ADHD and anxiety, enabling her to access the community and build confidence.

**Key Responsibilities**

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with daily living tasks, including medication management, personal care, and meal preparation.
  • Supporting the individual with budgeting and financial management.
  • Encouraging and supporting the individual to maintain a safe and healthy living environment.
  • Developing and implementing personalized plans to achieve goals and improve quality of life.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need to be:

  • Compassionate and empathetic with a strong understanding of the needs of individuals with ADHD and anxiety.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.
