We're seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our client's dynamic team in Chester city centre. As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for handling a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations in a busy office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the sales team
- Managing databases and spreadsheets
- Preparing reports and presentations
- Coordinating travel arrangements and meetings
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with clients and colleagues
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and multitask
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
