We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Fevaca, a leading provider of support services for children, young people, and vulnerable adults.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Registered Manager in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services to our clients.
- Supervise and manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet the needs of our clients.
- Develop and implement support plans, ensuring they are tailored to meet the individual needs of our clients.
- Work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations, including the Children's Homes Regulations 2015.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring they are effective and meet the needs of our clients.
- Minimum 2 years' experience of working with vulnerable children in a residential environment.
- Good standard of written and verbal English, including report writing and assessment skills.
- A knowledge of the regulatory framework for the field.
- The completion of the Level 3 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services in the children and young people's residential management pathway or equivalent.
- Experience of managing staff and completing supervision and appraisal processes.
- Experience of managing budgets.
- Management Qualification.
