Job Summary
The Corporate Security Supervisor - Team Lead will be responsible for ensuring the security and safety of a prestigious client site. This active supervisory role requires a high level of expertise and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the security operations on shift, including SIA checks, uniform and appearance of the officers, team briefing, handover, patrols, CCTV checks, lock/unlock of premises, and reporting any equipment faults.
- Liaise with the Site Security Manager for day-to-day operations.
- Report and respond to all security incidents and emergency situations.
- Attend and manage all security-related incidents, including fire evacuation and conflict management, including physical intervention.
- Assist the Contract Manager in carrying out investigations and issuing reports of non-conformities or letters of concern when required.
- Responsible for comprehensive report writing in relation to incidents, with all daily activities logged.
- Escalate incidents to ICTS Europe management.
- Ensure standing orders and Risk Assessments are read, understood, and signed.
- Recommend to the Contract Manager any changes needed to standing orders.
- Ensure all security documentation is filled in correctly.
- Ensure the Contract Manager is briefed on site activities daily.
- Ensure all security areas are kept clean and tidy.
- Report loss/damage of security equipment.
- Able to coach, train, and mentor a new team member, delegate to, and empower the team to achieve desired results.
- Able to maintain confidentiality, stay professional, and avoid favoritism within the team.
Requirements
- 5-year checkable background.
- To pass a criminal records check (CRC) to the required standards.
- Document to prove eligibility to work within the UK if applicable.
- Excellent command of English – both oral and written.
- SIA license Door Supervisor or Close Protection.
- Full, clean manual UK driving license.
- Experience in supervising.
