Duty Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Duty Manager/Head Concierge to oversee the daily operations of a luxury residential development in South West London.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in customer service, team management, and property operations, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences for residents, guests, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and lead a team of concierges to ensure high standards of service across the development
- Oversee daily operations, including security, maintenance, and facilities management
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to resident inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Collaborate with leaseholders, managing agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
- Conduct risk assessments, health and safety checks, and routine testing to ensure compliance with regulations
- Perform weekly fire alarm, lift alarm, and other regulatory tests and inspections
- Previous experience in residential property management or a similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Awareness of general fire, health & safety, and security protocols
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
