About the Role

As a Duty Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service and satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the front desk and reception area, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests
  • Coordinating room assignments, check-ins, and check-outs, as well as handling guest requests and complaints
  • Leading a team of front desk staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Monitoring and maintaining the hotel's appearance, ensuring that all areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences
