About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Product Owner to join our Platform Product Owners team at NewDay. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving and delivering product excellence within our Acquisition Platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shaping and owning new capabilities for the Platform, maintaining and improving current capabilities.
  • Monitoring overall performance of existing and new capabilities against OKRs, crafting, owning, and updating roadmaps.
  • Working with development and business teams in an agile framework, reporting progress and plans to NewDay leadership.
  • Helping to define non-functional requirements around resilience, performance, and security.
  • Supporting the triage and resolution of production incidents.
  • Driving NewDay's agile practices and embedding processes within the team while maintaining morale and dedication.
Requirements
  • Delivering change across product engineering teams with a tangible impact.
  • Driving squad improvements, coaching delivery, process, and togetherness.
  • Technology expertise, with a focus on digital product and tech.
