About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team at St Andrew's Healthcare. As a Consultant Psychiatrist, you will be responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary team and overseeing the management of patients with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a multi-disciplinary team and oversee the management of patients with complex needs
  • Promote innovation and improvement of services, with scope to develop your specialist interests and grow your remit and responsibilities
  • Have an office and the support of an associate specialist as ward doctor and a full MDT including Clinical Administrators and Personal Assistants dedicated to your wards and service
