About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Consultant to join our team at Elis UK Limited. As a Regional Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving new business opportunities across our hospitality business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Target and Win New Business: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the hospitality sector, with a focus on winning new linen rental contracts.
  • Account Management: Manage sales activities and relationships with existing customers, ensuring accurate forecasting and regular communication.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth, working closely with the wider matrix of stakeholders.
  • Product Knowledge and Training: Stay up-to-date with company products, services, policies, and objectives, providing expert knowledge to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Business Planning and Development: Collaborate with the Commercial Director and Regional Director to develop business plans and optimize new business sales.
Requirements
  • Commercial Awareness: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and excellent negotiation skills.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to persuade and influence people at all levels, develop good working relationships, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Self-starter with the ability to organize self to ensure tasks are carried out in a timely manner.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and general IT skills, including use of CRM systems.
