Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic outreach.
- Develop tailored financial solutions and coordinate meetings with prospective clients.
- Oversee the sales team, ensuring effective CRM utilization, scheduling, and achievement of sales targets.
- Enhance overall sales performance and ensure targets are consistently met.
- At least 2 years of experience in Foreign Exchange Corporate Sales.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Results-oriented approach with a focus on achieving targets.
- Capability to provide outstanding customer service and foster client relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong leadership qualities with an emphasis on team development and performance.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to driving business growth.
