W Talent is partnering with CorrBoard UK Ltd to recruit a Production Team Leader (FLM) for their Scunthorpe site.

This critical role operates on a rotating shift pattern (days and afternoons, Monday to Friday) and involves overseeing corrugator operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the production of corrugated boards and single-face products
  • Drive team performance and ensure business targets are met or exceeded
  • Report and review machine breakdowns
  • Address performance issues promptly and effectively
  • Conduct regular one-to-one meetings with team members
  • Oversee quality observations and champion quality control procedures
  • Ensure operators perform quality checks at every critical manufacturing stage
  • Manage trials and sample collections
  • Ensure production is completed professionally within the required timeframe
  • Input all necessary data accurately and efficiently
  • Communicate required training, briefings, and safety standards to team members
  • Coordinate breaks fairly throughout the shift
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure all process checks are completed
  • Be flexible in supporting other areas of the operation and warehouse processes as needed
  • Provide cover for the Production Manager when necessary
