About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team at Edmund House Care Home. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for driving and managing a team of Care Assistants, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day responsibility for running a unit, ensuring seamless care delivery and resident satisfaction
  • Driving and managing a team of Care Assistants, including responsible for all shift handovers and training
  • Building relationships with residents, their families, and external teams such as GPs and District Nurses
  • Assisting residents with a range of personal care duties, promoting independence and dignity
