Corporate Tax Senior Role

Pro-Tax is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Tax Senior to join our expanding London Tax practice. As a key member of our team, you will support Directors and a wider team with the ongoing operation and coordination of Tax Compliance projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tax compliance and consultancy services to a growing portfolio of clients.
  • Work alongside and supervise a corporation tax junior.
  • Liaise with the audit team to ensure statutory accounts provide for materially correct tax provisions.
  • Develop and implement group tax planning strategies, including group relief planning, group payment arrangements, and overall tax mitigation.
  • Ensure compliance with Senior Accounting Officer requirements, publishing Tax Strategies, and Corporate Interest Restrictions.
  • Prepare and publish Country By Country Reporting.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with group tax planning, including group relief planning, group payment arrangements, and overall tax mitigation.
  • Working knowledge of Senior Accounting Officer requirements, publishing Tax Strategies, Corporate Interest Restrictions, and Country By Country Reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
