Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of personal clients with varied sources of income, including partnerships and high net worth individuals.
- Liaise with colleagues outside the Private Client team on client matters.
- Deal with a range of capital gains tax issues.
The ideal candidate will have experience in advising on a wide range of tax issues, including Self-Assessment and preparation of tax computations. They should also have knowledge of UK tax residence and domicile rules, as well as the ability to proactively use tax legislation, HMRC guidance, and other tax resources to support or research technical issues encountered on client work.
The candidate should have experience in dealing with private clients and proprietors of owner-managed businesses, including UK-based high net worth individuals.
