As a Tax Governance Specialist, you will leverage your technical expertise to advise clients on tax risk and disputes, helping them to prevent, manage, and resolve potential issues.

Key areas of focus include:

  1. Senior Accounting Officer (SAO) Obligations: Provide expert guidance on SAO requirements to ensure clients' compliance.
  2. Preventing Tax Evasion: Collaborate with clients to implement strategies that prevent the facilitation of tax evasion, in line with Corporate Criminal Offence (CCO) regulations.
  3. HMRC Business Risk Reviews (BRRs): Advise clients on how to navigate BRRs and mitigate potential risks.
  4. Published Tax Strategies: Assist clients in developing and implementing effective tax strategies.
