Client Relations Specialist

The New Enquiries Team is essential in delivering outstanding service to our clients. They serve as the initial point of contact, managing all inquiries received by the firm from various channels, including live chat, email, telephone, and website sources.
This role presents an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for all inquiry channels, including telephone, email, website forms, and live chat.
- Ensure all inquiries are addressed promptly, adhering to the firm's Service Level Agreement.
- For specific types of inquiries, provide estimates to potential clients while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
- For inquiries that require further assistance, direct them to the appropriate department contacts.
- Accurately record and update data regarding client details, potential work types, requirements, estimates, objections, and conversions for internal analysis.
- Create leads in the internal system to document potential work inquiries from all sources.
- Communicate effectively with legal departments regarding new inquiries, ensuring timely updates and outcomes are recorded.
- Handle all incoming telephone calls efficiently and courteously, directing them to the appropriate teams or individuals as per the firm's protocols.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role within a professional environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of efficiency, accuracy, and organizational skills in task execution.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
