Position Overview:
We are in search of a skilled Construction Site Supervisor eager to embrace a rewarding opportunity with a reputable main contractor specializing in construction and extensive renovation projects.

The projects span various sectors, including private residential constructions and commercial developments, with values ranging from £35,000 to £10 million.

Current Opportunity:
This main contractor is looking for a Construction Site Supervisor to join their team for a significant new build commercial project valued at £2 million.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a reliable support to the Project Manager in overseeing subcontractors.
- Report directly to the Project Manager and the business owner.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and maintain Quality Assurance throughout the project.
- Monitor project timelines and budget adherence.

Qualifications:
- Valid SMSTS certification.
- Valid CSCS card.
- Preferably a Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience in Building & Construction projects within a similar field, specifically on projects valued up to £2 million.
- Desired background in both new build and refurbishment projects.
- Strong knowledge in steel frame construction, groundworks, and piling.
