This role offers the chance to oversee a 70-unit project while collaborating with a Technical Manager on a larger 400+ unit reinforced concrete frame initiative.

Key Responsibilities

As the Lead Technical Project Coordinator, your duties will include:

  • Facilitating technical design coordination and ensuring the timely delivery of project information.
  • Engaging and overseeing consultants while managing assigned projects.
  • Collaborating with consultants to ensure timely information flow to meet project timelines.
  • Providing technical insights on projects under consideration for acquisition and preparing for planning submissions.

Candidate Profile

Applicants for the Lead Technical Project Coordinator position should possess:

  • Extensive experience in residential, reinforced concrete frame, and low-rise construction.
  • A background with a Developer or Main Contractor.
  • Experience managing smaller scale projects.
